Policies for Winter Park Vacation Rentals

ACCEPTANCE OF THIS CONFIRMATION AND VACATIONS INC POLICIES, AS DEMONSTRATED BY PAYMENT OF A DEPOSIT, CONSTITUTES AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN RENTER AND VACATIONS INC TO RENT THE RESERVED ACCOMMODATIONS.

TRAVEL AGENTS: TO PROPERLY INFORM YOUR CLIENTS OF VACATIONS INC POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR CLIENTS WITH A COPY OF THESE RESERVATION POLICIES.

DEPOSITS: Vacations Inc requires an initial non-refundable deposit.  Due date will be advised at booking. If deposit is not received by due date the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Final payment due date is printed on the front of this confirmation. Final payment may be collected at time of booking if booking requirements are within the final payment due dates. Credit cards given, as deposits, will automatically be charged for final payment if another form of payment is not received by final payment due date and without further notice. A credit card placed on a reservation constitutes a payment subject to our cancellation policy.

CHANGES: Changes made to the reservation 30 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a $25.00 Change Fee. Changes made 30 days or less prior to arrival date or after the final payment has been received, are subject to availability and rate changes, and will be assessed a $50.00 Change Fee. These change fees will apply only if we are able to make the requested changes.

CANCELLATION: Should you need to cancel at any time, verbal or written notification is required. Any cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, and after the initial deposit has been paid, will be non-refundable. Vacations Inc will retain all monies for any cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.  All monies, once received by Vacations Inc are non-refundable; therefore, we offer cancellation insurance and strongly recommends the purchase of such policies.

REFUNDS: Unused accommodations caused by either late arrival or early departure, or for No Shows, for any reason whatsoever, are non-refundable. Upon arrival, if your accommodations are not as specified in this confirmation, you must immediately notify Vacations Inc. Failure to do so will waive any claim for non-conforming accommodations.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: Every reasonable effort will be made to fulfill bedding configuration and special requests, however, circumstances beyond Vacations Inc will occur. Therefore, under no circumstances will guarantees be made regarding special requests or bedding configurations. Vacations Inc reserves the right to change units within like accommodations up to and including the day of arrival should it be deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any misunderstandings between you and your booking agent. We describe the accommodations are accurately as possible.

ACTIVITIES: Payment policies and cancellation penalties for activity services are subject to vendor’s specific policies. Vacations Inc acts as an agent for the applicable vendors and is not responsible for any loss beyond the direct and immediate control of Vacations Inc.

PRICING: Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices are only guaranteed for bookings, which are paid in full. In the event of a price change, any additional charges will be levied to reflect the rates in effect at the time of travel. Other restrictions may apply.

GENERAL RULES GOVERNING YOUR STAY

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time starts at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Any unauthorized use of units after 10:00 AM will result in not less than a $50.00 late check-out fee charged to your bill. For late check-ins, please call for instructions.

NO PETS: Absolutely no pets allowed. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction from accommodations and forfeiture of all monies paid toward the entire reservation. A fee of $150.00 or more for pet damage will be added to your bill.

NO SMOKING: All of our accommodations are designated non-smoking. If you required a smoking room, you will need to request this at the time of booking. An additional charge of $150.00 will be added to your bill for violating this policy.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit in the form of a major credit card imprint is required at the time of check-in. The credit card will be authorized for $100.00 and a maximum of $1000.00 depending upon the property.

COMMON COURTESY: Any conduct deemed offensive to other guests such as excessive noise, damage to property, etc. will result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.

HOUSEKEEPING: Prior to your arrival your accommodations are cleaned and provided with fresh linens and towels. Once you arrive, we consider this your home, therefore, we have found it best to respect your privacy and provide no further services during your stay. You may exchange your linens and towels at the front desk.
